The Bandon community deserves ethical, transparent, and accountable leadership in its schools. Over the past year, families, educators, and staff have raised serious concerns about the Superintendent’s conduct and the Board’s failure to provide appropriate oversight. Despite repeated efforts by the public to seek answers, the Board has remained largely unresponsive, allowing issues of governance, transparency, and trust to deepen.

These demands are not partisan or personal, they are rooted in the basic principles of public accountability and the fiduciary duty of a school board to its community. The actions outlined below represent the minimum steps necessary to restore integrity, rebuild trust, and ensure that Bandon School District operates in the best interest of its students, staff, and families.
