Resignation Letter, Former Director of Operations Chris Trevisiol

2-27-23

To whom it may concern.

I, Chris Trevisiol, have worked for Bandon School District as Director Of Operations sinceJune 14th 2019. In the course of the last 3.5 years I have tried to improve the Bandon School District. I have done many good things for the District, sacrificing much of my personal time, tools, equipment and materials to make many improvements saving the District thousands of dollars. I feel I have done the District a good service in my time employed here.

Many changes have occurred in the last year and a half. It has become increasingly clear to me that the current Superintendent and I can not seem to develop a mutual trust and working relationship. Due to the lack of trust and respect I have felt unsupported in my role as a Director of Operations while simultaneously managing the Bond Projects to date without compensation.

Unfortunately, this has raised health issues for me and several trips to the emergency room and doctors office. This is very concerning and I can not continue to work under these stressful conditions.

Therefore it is with great regret and sadness that I am tendering my resignation effective Feb 27, 2023 .

I currently have 192 hours accrued vacation time, 8 hours personal time and 236 hours sick time. I expect to be compensated for this time according to my contract.

It has been an honor to serve our community.

Sincerely,

Chris Trevisiol
